Your organisation

Account verificationBefore approving an account or venue claim, Spool may contact the organisation using a published phone number or email address. Where reasonably necessary, we may also ask for proportionate evidence of authority, business connection or identity. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them.

Your current setup

Key things to know

  • Spool’s standard customer-facing booking fee is 50p per paid ticket.
  • Venue Pro adds a separate 25p per paid ticket organiser-side service charge where venue seating plans are required
  • Stripe processes ticket payments through your connected account; Spool does not ordinarily hold your ticket proceeds.
  • You are responsible for your Events, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and Event-related negative balances.
  • Spool normally targets payout release around 48 hours after the Event, subject to Stripe checks and unresolved risks.
  • Print Credit is non-cash and follows the published milestone reward schedule when absorbing the fees.
  • You remain responsible for Event accuracy, legality, safety, licences, insurance and delivery.
